Meet our resident team member at the property for a personal welcome. We will be there to greet you and show you around.

Two Airports — Both Work Great
Alicante Airport (ALC) — approx. 100 km · ~1 hour by car. Most direct option coming from the south.
Valencia Airport (VLC) — approx. 110 km · ~1 hour by car. Great option for flights from northern Europe. Take the AP-7 south to Javea.

🔑 The entrance door locks automatically. Always take your key with you when stepping out and never leave it in the inside lock. Lockout assistance requires a technician and incurs an additional charge.
General
House Rules
No smoking inside the property. Terrace only.
No pets unless agreed in writing before booking.
Max 6 guests. No additional overnight visitors.
Quiet hours 11 PM – 8 AM. No parties without prior approval.
Recycling — separate glass, plastic & general waste.
Save water — it’s precious on the Costa Blanca.
Lock up gate & front door when leaving the property.
Is there a security deposit? ▾
Yes — €250 for this property. Charged automatically 1–2 days before arrival and refunded the day after departure. Funds return within 3 working days.
Can I get a late check-out? ▾
Possibly — message us at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability. Use the Late Check-out Request section to send your request.
Is there parking? ▾
Yes — private parking is available at the property. Please contact us for specific details about access.
Where do I put the rubbish? ▾
Bins are located nearby the property. Please separate glass, plastic/cartons, and general waste. Daily collection in summer months.
Can I cancel my booking? ▾
Each case is reviewed individually. Cancellations 90+ days in advance may receive a full refund. For shorter notice in high season the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Can I pay in cash? ▾
Yes, up to a maximum of €1,000 (Spanish law). Any remaining balance must be paid by card or bank transfer.
